SHIPPING TIME AND COST
Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.
We are a crossborder company with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas.
Standard Shipping times:
USA products: 2 - 5 business days*
Overseas products: 5 - 8 business days*
Overseas products: 5 - 10 business days*
On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time for each product.
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $40.
NOTE all orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to:
Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
Including P.O. Boxes.
All US Military bases, APO/FPO
Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses, due to military handling time delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
We do not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.
Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM
We apologize for any inconvenience if you received the incorrect product or are missing items from your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you've received the wrong item or are missing something from your order please reach out to our Customer Care team right away at hello@jollyre.com to help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please get in touch with Customer Service by email at hello@jollyre.com
Let us know the order number and the product code or product name of the item you wanted, and we will look into it. We will usually be able to send you the item we missed, but on the rare occasion that is not possible, we will quickly refund the money you paid for it.
